My Latest Work

"A Second Chance: Where Teenage Mothers Learn, Heal, and Dream Again"

I filmed this story at Greenland School, a unique haven in Kenya that gives young mothers a second chance at education and life. Many of these girls were forced into early marriages or abandoned after teenage pregnancies. Here, they not only continue their studies but also live with their babies in a safe, supportive environment. As someone deeply committed to the rights of girls and youth, capturing their resilience and hope was profoundly moving—it’s a story of healing, empowerment, and the power of education to rewrite futures.

Kilifi Innovator Eases Spine Treatment Costs with Homemade Cervical Traction Device

While documenting this story in Kilifi, I was moved by Charles Muigai’s quiet determination to ease the pain of spinal patients through an affordable, homemade cervical traction device. As a storyteller passionate about humanitarian impact and innovation, I felt deeply connected to his mission—creating solutions that restore dignity and hope to those often overlooked by expensive healthcare systems. Capturing his work reminded me why I do what I do: to shine a light on local ingenuity that changes lives in the most meaningful ways.
